Current Volunteer Opportunities Thanks for considering becoming a volunteer with our agency. We have both indirect and direct service volunteer opportunities available. However, most of our programs are directs service, meaning you work directly with our participants. Direct service volunteers are required to complete 60 hours of training and complete a background check. The only cost is for the background check ($38.25). We typically offer a volunteer training 3 times a year (Spring, Summer, Fall). Classes are twice a week in the evenings (5:30-8:30 pm) for 4 weeks. When you complete the application, return it to our administrative office via mail or fax (listed below). You can also email your completed application to the volunteer coordinator. Once your application is received, the volunteer coordinator will contact you with further info such as training dates, background check info, etc...
